Mammoth Lakes // Lake Basin
We grew driving up to Mammoth Mountain to go fishing. I was taught how to tie knots, bait the hook and cast the line. Fish has been a therapeutic hobby for my Dad. It's this hobby that taught me to appreciate the outdoors and learn the importance of getting away, even if for just a little while.

Mammoth Lakes // Twenty Lakes Loop
I spent a couple days exploring the Eastern Sierras with my brothers while my parents fished at the local lakes. We had spent many summer trips here all through out our childhood. There has always been something special about going up to the mountains for me. They have been places of relief, retreat and most importantly: rest.
The stillness of life and the quietness of the world has helped me focus on what is most important in life to me.
This set of photos is from the first hike my brothers and I took on this trip. The Twenty Lakes Loop sits north of Saddlebag lake. To begin the hike, you must venture around the lake or take a ferry across, which is what we thankfully chose to do.
Married // Michelle and Brandon
Michelle and Brandon are an example of the great people I have met through camp ministry. Their passion for God and serving Him is incredible. Their love for eaach other and serving one another was evident through their ceremony. I love seeing a ceremony that truly captures a couple's love.
Their ceremony and reception took place in beautiful South Pasadena in a big backyard. The party was rocking and the food was amazing. Michelle and Brandon were blessed to have lot of close friends and family help out with their wedding. It was amazing to see volunteers from Brandon's church help at the guestbook, create the chalkboard art and make the desserts. It was truly an example of community and Church celebrating the good work of God.
Here are a couple of photos from the wedding. Thanks for stopping by!
